Our machine shop offers custom Cylinder Head Rebuilding, including three angle valve jobs, valve refacing, valve seat replacement for low-lead conversion. Boiling and chemically cleaning heads before re-assembly. Milling, porting and polishing services are also performed.

In our Antique engine department we handle all phases of engine restoration such as the installation of hardened valve seats, use of stainless steel valves and bronze valve guides, repairing of castings using metal stitching and re-sleeving worn blocks Boil Block and Install cam bearings, Mill/Deck Block surfaces as well as Magnafluxing Block to check for cracks. Polishing of camshafts & crankshafts.

In our marine service department: boring of cylinders oversize, aluminum welding, replacement Wiseco pistons precision resizing, manifold boiling and glass beading for corrosion removal.
